“To say I live and breathe food is an understatement. I was born into this life, and I have never looked back.”
CATERING HQ GROUP - Since 1996
Catering HQ Group - Established in 1996 is, and always has been, a family owned and operated hospitality and events business. From the tender age of ten, Steve worked beside his dad in the family restaurant, nurturing his passion for great food and excellent service. At 18, Steve breathed new life into an old fruit shop on the North Shore, developing his first restaurant concept, and with a strong business and risk mitigation plan, Steve began his long and illustrious career in the hospitality industry. Feeding up to 6,000 guests daily across multiple venues, Steve remains personally involved.
For almost 3 decades, Steve’s passion and entrepreneurial flair has never waivered. Catering HQ Group has come a long way from those early beginnings, continuing to adapt and evolve, navigating the ever-changing hospitality landscape to make the business more sustainable, adaptable, resilient, and successful in the future, never forgetting his roots and simple ethos:
“The freshest ingredients, with the best customer service brings our customers back time and time again.”
